The ACR1252U is a USB NFC Contactless Smart Card Reader designed for secure and fast communication with NFC-enabled devices and contactless smart cards. It operates on 13.56 MHz contactless technology and supports multiple card standards such as NFC, ISO 14443 Type A & B, MIFARE®, and FeliCa. The device can function in Reader/Writer mode, Peer-to-Peer mode, and Card Emulation mode, making it suitable for a wide range of NFC applications.

Operates at 13.56 MHz contactless communication frequency.
Supports multiple card standards including NFC, ISO 14443 Type A/B, MIFARE®, and FeliCa.
Supports three NFC modes:
Reader/Writer

Card Emulation.
Includes ISO 7816 SAM slot for secure authentication and enhanced security.
Reading distance up to 50 mm depending on the card or tag type.
Supports data transfer speeds of 106, 212, and 424 kbps.
USB 2.0 Full-Speed device compatible with USB 3.0 and available in Type-A and Type-C models.
Compatible with major operating systems including Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android.
Widely used in applications such as e-payment, transportation, access control, healthcare, and loyalty programs.

It features a compact matte black design with a built-in NFC touch area, programmable LED indicators, and a buzzer for user notifications. The reader also includes a Secure Access Module (SAM) slot that enhances security through authentication and encrypted transactions. It connects through USB and is available in both Type-A and Type-C versions.

The ACR1252U is compatible with Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android operating systems. It is commonly used in e-payment systems, transportation, access control, healthcare, loyalty programs, and network security applications.
