3. The packaging must be free of any markings or labels.
4. Returns missing original accessories or documentation may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.
We have a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your experience is fast andefficient.

2. Obtain RMA Number If your item is eligible for return, our team will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number within 2–5 business days.
3. Package the Product Securely Place the item in its original packaging, including all included accessories. Ensure the product is well-protected during transit.
4. Label the Return Package Write the RMA number on the shipping label only, not directly on the box. Returns without a valid RMA number may be rejected.
5. Ship the Product You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was delivered defective or incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
1. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Barcode Links reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for returned items that are not in resalable condition or are missing parts. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Some products are non-returnable due to their nature or customization. These include:
1. Software licenses and digital downloads
2. Customized or configured products
3. Consumables and media: labels, ribbons, receipt paper, card stock, RFID tags, etc.
4. Printheads and other sensitive electronic components
We strongly recommend verifying compatibility and product details with our team before placing an order for these items.
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, follow the same process as outlined above. After receiving your return, we will ship the replacement product once any price differences (if applicable) are settled.
